Job Description

Title: Service Desk Coordinator

Closing Date: 8th April, 2016

OVERALL PURPOSE

Coordinate the provision of operational and technical IT support to Zamtel staff in order to achieve effective and efficient business operations

JOB SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information systems Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering

Professional Registration:

  • Computer Society of Zambia or Engineering Society of Zambia

Minimum Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years IT experience, 1 of which should have been in a supervisory

Key Skills:

  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes
  • LAN infrastructure
  • Principles of networking including router, switch and firewall configurations
