Qualifications

  • Graduate in Hotel Management
  • To ensure the smooth and perfect running of Front Office and supervise the areas of duty manages, Front Desk Associates,  Guests Relations and Bell Desk
  • Ensure through regular monitoring of NPS and constant guest feedback, prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests
  • Manage the guest history system and effectively use the guest profiles
  • Review the monthly business reports and analyze market and occupancy trends
  • Working knowledge of MS office, Micros and Opera (any other point of sale systems)
  • Progression through various positions in front office in various sections
  • Three years of similar managerial experience
